Scraperboard illustrations

Scraperboard (aka scratchboard) produces graphic images that are very reproducible and work well on both the printed page, billboards and packaging.

My scraperboard illustrations have appeared in Vogue, Cosmopolitan, Good Housekeeping, She, Country Living, BBC Radio Times, BT Phone Directory, The Big Issue, Penguin Random House, and on the covers of ‘The Little Book’ series. 

I rarely use scraperboard these days however the style is still evident in my recent digital illustrations.
